At every lactation consultation visit, we weigh your baby, perform an oral and full-body exam, help with latching, and weigh your baby post-feed to get a good picture of how much baby is able to transfer during a feed. You always receive a visit summary via email after your visits for any instructions, links, feeding plans, etc., to refer back to.
